WELCOME TO THE COLLEGE JANUARY 2024

Welcome to Swansea. There will be opportunities to socialise with the other students on your course and learn about the support that will be available to you as you study.

The Academic and Student Experience team is changing names!

To further align with the other Faculties within the University we will no longer be called the Academic and Student Experience team, we will become Student Life and Education Services from January 2024.

What does this mean for students?

There will be no change to the ways that you can contact the team. You can still use the following ways:

Reception: Open 10am to 4pm each day on the first floor of The College building

Depending on the nature of your query, you will be directed to a member of staff who is either in Student Life or Education Services.

Live Chat Reception Times

The Student Life and Education Services team is available for live chat 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (except UK holidays). If you wish to contact the team outside of these times please email the-college@swansea.ac.uk. We welcome correspondence in the medium of Welsh.

The live chat is for current students studying at The College. If you wish to speak to someone on live chat about an application to study with The College please use the Admissions live chat function.

During these uncertain times you don't need to struggle on your own. All students can now access free digital mental health services via Togetherall.com

You can sign up using your Swansea University email address and get access to a supportive online community, professional advice and many tools and resources to explore in your own time.
